Before I started working with Ben, I loved training but didn’t really have a plan or know where I was headed. I trained hard but never really saw a change in my physique. Ben helped me find direction, showed me what I was capable of, and pushed me further than thought possible. He was the one who encouraged me to step on stage for my first bodybuilding competition. Not only did he give me confidence to go on stage, his dedication to my progress helped me win my first competition. That experience completely changed how I see myself, inside and outside the gym.
Even after his coaching, I have managed to incorporate the skills and mindset that Ben has taught me in my current sport injury rehabilitation (not bodybuilding related).
