Within 24 hours of submitting your form, I will contact you to schedule an audio or video call. During this consultation, I will take the time to learn about your lifestyle, preferences, and specific goals to create a personalized fitness and nutrition plan just for you.

4 kids deep and 9 months post partum, I decided to step way out of my comfort zone and compete in my first ever body building competition. Prior to meeting Ben, I had already competed twice but never achieved what I felt I had the potential to. As an avid bodybuilding fan I admired the standard of what Ben and the athletes he's trained brought to every show and thought maybe that could be me. With nothing to lose and a dream to gain I contacted Ben and began a 20 week comp prep for ICN victoria, and I have to say this was by far the longest prep I've done with many challenges and hiccups along the way, but with Ben there to support and guide me along a the way I managed to see it through and presented my best look ever. Before I started working with Ben, I loved training but didn't really have a plan or know where I was headed. I trained hard but never really saw a change in my physique.
