Working with Ben has been one of the best decisions I’ve made in my fitness journey. I started training with him in 2021, and by 2022 I was stepping on stage for my first bodybuilding show, ICN Season B, where I won the overall Men’s Physique state title. Since then, we’ve continued to level up.

This year I competed in the NPC Natural show in July, where I won the Physique True Novice division and placed second overall.

Ben’s guidance has been nothing short of exceptional. He leads with humility, passion, and a genuine belief in my potential. He’s helped me build not only a stronger physique, but also a stronger mindset keeping me focused, accountable, and inspired every step of the way.
