I’ve been coached by Ben since November 2021, and I truly wouldn’t be where I am today without him. After having kids (3 babies) I was struggling to feel like myself again, but with Ben’s support, I’ve not only lost the weight, I’ve become the strongest, fittest, and most confident version of myself.
What started as a journey to feel better turned into something I never imagined and competing in bikini bodybuilding, and honestly, I’ve never looked or felt better.
Ben’s knowledge, patience, and belief in me made all the difference. He pushed me when I needed it, guided me every step of the way, and taught me so much about training, nutrition, and mindset.
